  • We offer flexible formats to suit your business needs. While most learning programs are designed as 2 – 4 day experiences, we can tailor many programs for shorter formats.
  • All programs can be delivered on or off site.

Program Tools

  • All of our programs are highly interactive and experiential. Each module illuminates, demonstrates and practices the core competencies of the discipline using multiple learning methods.
  • While we take advantage of many outstanding leading measurement and inventory instruments and multi-media in our programs, we do not believe in over-using them.

Facilitation

  • All of ICC's program leaders believe in facilitating programs that combine learning with enjoyment. All programs are highly participative making extensive use of individual and group activities.
  • Many of our programs use a co-leader approach with great results.

Curriculum Development & Support

  • Some ICC seminar content can be purchased for use by our clients to augment their training materials
